Our instructors trained in the traditional Shaolin arts in the temple from the age of seven, and have dedicated their lives to continue training and instruct others. At Zen Shaolin, we have an emphasis on not only upholding tradition, but incorporating our teachings into your life to bring you the many benefits the Shaolin arts offer in our group and private classes.

  • Enrolling your child in Kung Fu classes can provide them a variety of benefits and tools to use throughout life. Kung Fu training is of course very beneficial to one’s health and fitness, but also provides children with a foundation of commitment, discipline, and stability. Additionally, our kids’ group classes are focused on preserving tradition while ensuring our students have lots of fun!

  • It’s never too late to start learning a martial art! Our Kung Fu and kickboxing classes are a great way for even adults with busy schedules to commit to their health and fitness. Our martial arts classes will provide you with practical self-defense skills, while also offering a very fun and effective workout. As always, our Kung Fu classes have an emphasis on tradition, and you will learn traditional forms and be able to take Kung Fu grade placements exams if you choose to. Further, we offer a variety of time slots for our group classes, and so should be able to match even the busiest of schedules, and also offer private classes!

  • Our Tai Chi and Qigong classes provide our students with a place for meditation, and a way to center yourself amidst the busy world. The Shaolin arts promote the cultivation of strength in both mind and body, and can provide an anchor in your life; we seek to help our students bring what they practice in class into their daily life, to help center you and provide an important routine and support for both physical and mental health.
