Everything you need to know about the Shaolin Wellness Retreat

  • The retreat is beginner-friendly and adaptable to all levels. Everyone trains at their own pace based on their individual ability—whether you're a complete beginner or have some experience. We provide guidance and structure, but there's no pressure to perform or keep up.

  • The training is adaptable to your fitness level. While we encourage you to challenge yourself, you can always modify exercises or take breaks as needed. The goal is transformation at your own pace, not exhaustion.

  • Most visitors to China will need a visa. We'll support your visa application. You'll need to apply for the visa at your local Chinese embassy or consulate. Visa fees are not included in the retreat price.

  • We intentionally limit our retreats to ensure deep, personalized attention from Master Shi Yan Can and Peili. This is an exclusive experience, not a mass program. Once registration is full, it closes—guaranteeing every participant receives individualized guidance throughout their transformation journey.

  • Comfortable training clothes, indoor and outdoor sports shoes, personal toiletries, any medications you need, and an open mind. We recommend layers as weather can vary. Detailed packing list will be provided upon registration.

  • Yes! All meals are vegetarian, and we can accommodate special dietary needs including vegan, gluten-free, and other requirements. Please inform us of any restrictions when registering.

  • Each retreat is individually crafted and tailored to create a unique, exclusive experience. While our goal is to offer future programs, they're planned one at a time based on ideal conditions, seasons, and energy. We provide full airport pickup and drop-off, so you're guided from arrival to departure. Third, many participants travel solo and find it deeply rewarding—you'll be part of a small, close-knit community from day one. The hotel has WiFi if you need to stay connected.
